LHT PENSIONNE

LHT Pensionne is ideally located along Bohol’s circumferential road and so within easy access to rides to and from the town proper of Tubigon, a bustling town of Bohol which is only a two-hour boat ride to Cebu City.

The hotel offers six (6) luxurious and comfortable rooms, a living and reception room with a mini library, a bar counter, water dispenser with angel figurines and religious artifacts decorating the hallway. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and provided with modern amenities.

Though located along a busy thoroughfare, the house exudes an aura of peace and exclusivity accentuated by the white walls, the garden with fruit trees and flowering plants, with an arc of flowers leading to the owners’ quarters.

The Pensionne House, with its owner, Dr. Lourdes Torrefranca, wants to uphold and promote the moral and upright integrity of the place and so accepts only well recommended morally upright couples, families and groups. Questionable “walk-in couples” are not accepted.

Location

LHT’s Pensionne is located at Cabulijan, Tubigon, Bohol, Philippines along the Carlos P. Garcia circumferential road. It lies beside Salus Institute of Technology, across Rederlyn Pension House, and a few minutes walk to Mater Dei College. The Pensionne is only 4-5 minute ride away from the Poblacion of Tubigon.

Room Options

Single Pink

The Single Pink room is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a double bed complete with mattress, bedcover, blankets, pillows, cable TV, clothes rack, mirror, and a private toilet and bath with cold showers.

Single Green

The Single Room is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a double bed complete with mattress, bedcover, blankets, pillows, cable TV, clothes rack, mirror, and a private toilet and bath with cold showers.

Double Pink

The Double Pink room is fully air-conditioned and provided with two (2) single beds complete with mattresses, bedcovers, blankets and pillows, a dresser with mirror, a working table, cable TV, and a clothes closet. It has an inner room which is also equipped with a singe bed, cabinets and a clothes closet, a clothes rack, and at a corner of the inner room leading to the toilet and bath, a sink and a mirror on the wall. Cold running water is provided.

Double Green

The Double Green room is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a double bed complete with a soft mattress, bedcover, blanket and pillows, cable TV, a dresser with mirror and stool, a clothes rack, and a private toilet and bath with sink and mirror on the wall and cold running water.

Family Pink

The Family Pink room is fully air-conditioned and equipped with three (3) single beds and one (1) double bed complete with soft mattresses, bedcovers, blankets, and pillows, cable TV, cabinets, bedside table with lampshade, and a wall rack with decorative items.

Family Green with bathtub

The Family Green room is fully air-conditioned and equipped with two (2) single beds complete with mattresses, bedcovers, blankets, and pillows. The room is provided with cable TV, dresser with mirror & stool, chairs, a built-in cabinet, and a private toilet and bath with bathtub and cold showers. Towels are provided.

Where to Wine and Dine

LHT’s Pensionne serves meals upon the guest’s orders. They don’t have a restaurant however, the hotel accepts and offer catering services. All foods are prepared from the freshest ingredients available daily at the local market. Meals can also be availed of across the street at Rederlyn Pension House and a few steps away at Elena Restaurant.
