Tagaro's Vacation House

The Tagaro’s Vacation House is a house for rent situated in Valencia, Bohol, directly on the sea front. The house is fully furnished with all the facilities and amenities needed for utmost comfort and is very near the famous Imelda Beach which is only 5 minutes drive away. It is also 7-10 minutes ride to Badiang Spring, one of Bohol’s tourist attractions where two swimming pools are being fed by an underground spring outlet.

The Mindanao Sea and the Camiguen Island can be seen from its terrace especially on a sunny and clear day. Nighttime is a beauty when luminous lamps of fishermen appear like stars spread across the Mindanao Sea. You will never be short of fresh catch daily for the fishermen’s boats docks near the house.

Location

The Tagaro’s Vacation House Bohol is located at Valencia, Bohol, Philippines. Valencia is on the southern coast of Bohol and 42 kilometers from Tagbilaran City about 40-50 minutes drive away. It is a town with 35 barangays and a land area of 10,077 hectares. The house is only 1.5 km to the town proper.

Valencia is a peaceful town and its people are very friendly. Valencia was named after a seaport in Spain. It has two hospitals, an Internet cafe, bank, a cultural center, gasoline station, bakery and different shops. An old brick convent and a massive stone church can be found in Valencia. Every second Saturday of the month of January, the town celebrates the feast of Santo Nino, its patron saint, with street dancing.

Facilities and Services

The Tagaro’s Vacation House Bohol has two air-conditioned bedrooms. One of the rooms has an adjoining big bathroom with bath tub and a sliding glass door that also serves as a mirror. The room with sliding door leading to the bathroom has built-in cabinets, a king-sized bed, a bedside table with lampshade, and curtained windows.

The other bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a bedside table with drawers and lampshade, computer with broadband internet connection, webcam and curtained windows. The other toilet with shower is in between the two bedrooms.

The Living room has complete facilities with upholstered chairs, a center table atop a carpet, electric fan, picture frames on the walls and curtained windows. The kitchen is of European Standard complete with all facilities and amenities including built-in cupboards and cabinets. The dining area is provided with a six-setter round table. Provided is a “dirty kitchen” where one can cook using firewood.

The house has a hot & cold water dispenser and the place has a good supply of water. All the windows are with glass panes and protected with iron grills. Likewise, all windows are screened against mosquitoes and flies. The exit doors have screened double panels and the terrace is provided with a plastic round table, plastic chairs and a beach umbrella. The house commands a good view of the sea.

Other Services

A van is available for rent with driver. Also a housemaid is available at your service if you need one during your stay in the house. The housemaid can cook your food, clean the house and do errands. Housemaid rate is 200 pesos/day. Professional tour guides can be contacted if needed for trips around Bohol. Airport / seaport transfer from either Tagbilaran City or at Mactan International Airport in Cebu City is also offered.
