Villa Alzhun Tourist Inn is of a hotel type offering twelve (12) room accommodations under the roofs of an old mansion which was renovated for this purpose. The mansion is well maintained and lies amidst a beautiful garden with one side having a seaside view of Tagbilaran Bay and the island of Panglao.

The Inn has a wide pool which is located at the back of the Inn and separated from the beach by a decorative wall full of hanging orchids. An open reception area overlooks the sea. With its rural setting, the Inn is quite alluring and exudes a warm and welcoming aura.

With a bar & restaurant, meeting and banquet facilities, souvenir shop, and other facilities, coupled with a warm, effusive and hardworking staff, the Inn offers conveniences and comfort that will surely make each guests’ stay unique and remarkable.

Reservations are accepted with all personal data encrypted and guaranteed to be absolutely secure. Reservations can be cancelled 48 hours before date of arrival and cancellation is free of charge.

The Inn holds a child policy wherein children below 10 years may share their parents’ room free of charge while using existing beddings. An extra bed can be availed of at an additional fee.

Credit cards are accepted such as Diners Club, JCB, and others. The Inn reserves the right to pre-authorize the cards prior to arrival.

Location

Villa Alzhun Tourist Inn is located at 162 V.P. Inting Street, Mansasa Seaside, 6300 Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines. The Inn is situated at the outskirt of the city, far from the noise and crowd of the city proper, yet lying along the main road so accessibility poses no problem. The property overlooks Tagbilaran Bay and the Dajo Hills of Panglao Island and enjoys a year-round of majestic sunsets. It is a few minutes drive away from Tagbilaran’s domestic airport and seaport, and near to the Blood Compact Shrine and Panglao Island.

Facilities and Services

Villa Alzhun boasts of a mansion housing twelve (12) room accommodations at the following categories: standard, superior, junior executive suite and executive suite rooms, all provided with modern amenities for comfort and convenience. Most of the rooms command a good view of the Tagbilaran Bay and the distant Panglao Island.

The resort has a swimming pool, bar & restaurant, souvenir shop, meeting and banquet facilities and offer services such as room, laundry, acceptance of credit cards, babysitting and child services, and more.

Room Options

Standard Room

There are three (3) standard rooms, all fully air-conditioned and provided with cable TV, telephone and a private toilet and bath. One standard room has a single bed; another has a double bed, while the 3rd has two (2) double decks which can accommodate up to four persons.

Superior Room

There are seven (7) superior rooms, all fully air-conditioned and provided with two (2) double beds or one (1) queen-sized bed, cable TV, telephone, and a private toilet and bath. The room is good for two yet spacious enough to accommodate up to four (4) persons.

Junior Executive Suite Room

The lone junior executive suite room is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a queen-sized bed, bedside table with lampshade, cable TV, telephone, upholstered seats and small round table, and a private toilet and bath.

Executive Suite Room

There is only one (1) suite room which is very spacious and elegantly furnished. It is fully air-conditioned and provided with a queen-sized bed, bedside tables with lampshade, upholstered seats with a small round table, cable TV, telephone, windows and glass walls with draperies and sliding glass door opening onto a veranda. The suite room is good for two yet can comfortably accommodate up to four (4) persons.

Where to Wine and Dine

Villa Alzhun has a restaurant and bar with interiors making much use of native materials such as amakan with bamboo ceilings and walls, and native yet upholstered seats and wooden tables with glass tops. The restaurant serves delicious Filipino cuisine all prepared from the freshest ingredients daily. Fine dining can be arranged in the following restaurant outlets: MAJ’s Orchidarium, Don Alfredo’s Hall, Patio de Asuncion, Victorio’s Nook, and Mid-way Bar.

Recreation and Entertainment

Guests can avail of Videoke rentals, DVD/VCD rentals, and various board games.

Functions Galore

Villa Alzhun has a variety of cozy function halls which are ideal for small to medium-sized gatherings such as weddings, debuts, anniversaries, seminars and meetings. All function halls are equipped with audio/visual equipments like LCD projector, overhead projector with screen, whiteboard with markers, and a sound system.

MAJ'S Orchidarium

The Orchidarium has a maximum capacity of 275 persons (fine dining), and accommodates 500 persons in a theater style.

Don Alfredo's Hall

The Don Alfredo’s Hall has a maximum capacity of 60 persons.

Patio de Asuncion

Patio de Asuncion has a maximum capacity of 35 persons.
