Growing Up In Maribojoc.....

Hello everyone my family petname is Taling sounds like a truly Boholana name...But my full name is Catalina.
I was born in Maribojoc on 1960..I live in Maribojoc until I was about 9 years old and was raised mainly by my old maid and very religious Aunt.
I can still remember fondly the every night holy rosary we prayed with my Aunt and older sister's leading on it until I fall asleep reciting the litany of its mystery.
Though I have not live in Maribojoc for my entire life. I always love Maribojoc and considered it my birthtown.
Growing up I go to school at Sta. Cruz Elementary School which is just a stone throw away from St. Vincent Ferrer Parish Church which picture was shown above.
My father which I fondly called "Tatay" always take us for a walk at the beach by the sea below the church, I still remember the many walks I had with my Tatay and picking up seashell at the same time.....
I MISS THOSE DAYS BUT I STILL REMEMBER MARIBOJOC VERY FONDLY though I haven't visited my birthtown for almost 30 years now....
I am now living in the United States of America in the State of Minnesota.... so you can just imagine how I missed the tropical climate of the Philippines but most especially the beaches of Bohol and the old town charm of my birthtown Maribojoc...
