I wonder if it is legal for some of the resort owners to block barangay (public roads) to take beach access away from the public? Is that legal? What happen to public domain? This is especially in the Alona area and to the east of Alona. I guess I will have to take some pictures to show what I am talking about with gates and guards across public roads in this area.
