Soledad Suites is located at Lou Square, J.C. Borja Street cor. M. Parras Street, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines. Lou Square is in the center of Tagbilaran’s commercial district, only 3 minutes ride from the seaport and 10 minutes ride from the airport.

Premiere Suite

There are 2 units available with a floor area of 40 square meters and provided with a Juliet balcony and private lounge. Fully air-conditioned, the suite is equipped with 2 queen-sized beds, cable TV, IDD/NDD telephone, safety deposit box, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea/bottled mineral water daily, and a private toilet and bath with hot and cold shower. The suite is good for two persons yet has a maximum capacity of four.

Deluxe Suite

There are 4 fully air-conditioned units available of this category with a floor area of 29 square meters with a Juliet balcony. The suite is provided with 2 queen-sized beds, cable TV, IDD/NDD telephone, safety deposit box, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea/bottled mineral water daily, and a private toilet and bath with hot and cold shower. The suite is good for two persons yet can accommodate an additional person.

Superior Suite

There are eight (8) units available with a floor area of 25 square meters and fully air-conditioned. The suite is equipped with 2 queen-sized beds, cable TV, IDD/NDD telephone, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea/bottled mineral water daily, and a private toilet and bath with hot and cold shower. The room is good for two persons yet can accommodate an additional person.

Business Suite

There are six (6) units available with a floor area of 22 square meters and fully air-conditioned. The suite is equipped with 2 queen-sized beds, cable TV, IDD/NDD telephone, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea/bottled mineral water daily, and a private toilet and bath with hot and cold shower. The room is good for two persons yet is spacious enough to accommodate another person.

Brewpoint Coffee Club

The club serves freshly brewed coffee and tea in soothing flavors whether hot or cold. European sausage sandwiches are “in” plus “Panglao’s Siopao” – a very tasty and filling steamed pork meat dumpling in a soft white bun. This coffee bar is open from 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM daily and also offers internet stations and WiFi access.

Shanghai Bay Restaurant

The restaurant offers dimsum dishes and other authentic Chinese dishes from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM daily. A wide array of menu selections is also available in a la carte’ and buffet styles for small to large groups of guests from 10 to 200. The restaurant offers catering services for corporate and private gatherings with banquet events held at Soledad Suites or Casa Filomena Resort and Restaurant (a sister resort).

Functions

Soledad Suites has function rooms ideal for live-in seminars, weddings, debuts, anniversaries, seminars, conferences, business meetings, and other special occasions. All function rooms are equipped with modern audio/visual equipments.

Room A

Room A has an area of 50 square meters and can accommodate 25 persons for a classroom arrangement, 65 for theater, 30 for u-shaped, 30 for boardroom, 45 for banquet using round tables, and 50 for banquet using long tables. This function room is provided with an overhead projector, LCD with computer, facsimile machine, photocopy machine, PA system with microphone, white board, markers, erasers, a rostrum, laser pointer, wireless PA system, DVD/VCD/Mp3 player.

Room B

Room B has an area of 50 square meters and can accommodate 25 persons for a classroom type, 65 persons for theater, 30 for a U-shaped arrangement, 30 for boardroom, 45 for banquet using round tables, and 50 for banquet using long tables. This function room is provided with an overhead projector, LCD with computer, facsimile machine, photocopy machine, PA system with microphone, white board, markers, erasers, a rostrum, laser pointer, wireless PA system, DVD/VCD/Mp3 player.

Room A+B

Rooms A and B have a combined area of 100 square meters and are good for big functions. For a theater type, the room can accommodate up to 150 persons, serves 90 buffet style using round tables, and 100 using long tables.

Room C

Room C is a function room situated at the 4th floor with a maximum capacity of 90 persons. This function room is provided with an overhead projector, LCD with computer, facsimile machine, photocopy machine, PA system with microphone, white board, markers, erasers, a rostrum, laser pointer, wireless PA system, DVD/VCD/Mp3 player. The hall commands a good view of the Tagbilaran City skyline.
