Rederlyn Pensionne House is a two-storey building in an attractive green and peach color. Newly renovated with the third floor still under construction, the pensionne house now offers comfortable and luxurious rooms, a function room & restaurant and a convenience store at the ground floor. More rooms are available at the 2nd floor.

Slightly elevated and only a few steps away from the national highway, this contemporary house is owned and managed by Mr. Ernie and Lina Lopez.

Location

Rederlyn Pensionne House is located at Tinangnan, Tubigon, Bohol, Philippines. It lies along the Carlos P. Garcia circumferential road with the Salus Institute of Technology across it. Only 4-5 minutes away from the Poblacion of Tubigon, the pensionne house is only a few minutes walk to Mater Dei College.

The pensionne house is very accessible and along a very busy thoroughfare. Rides to and from it pose no problem. Vans from Tagbilaran City and rides from the Poblacion of Tubigon are available at any time.

Tubigon is a bustling town which is one hour away from Tagbilaran City. It is also a port town and the island of Cebu, especially Cebu City, is only two hours away on board an ordinary ferry boat and less than an hour on a fast craft vessel.

Facilities and Services

The Rederlyn Pensionne House offers all the comfort and luxury that any guest might look for. The rooms are new and furnished with all modern amenities included. There are three (3) economy rooms situated at the ground floor and seven (7) on the upper floor. The 3rd floor will be available in the near future.

The stairway leading to the 2nd floor is wide, and well lighted. Halfway up to the 2nd floor, the wall has a decorative opening in glass that lets the sunshine in and lights up the stairs. One will also pass by a small altar on the wall with a crucifix, an image of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a rosary and others. Steps are tiled and elegant to look at. The upper floor has a small lobby and a narrow hallway that leads to the rooms.

Room Options

Room 1 is fully air-conditioned and furnished with a double bed complete with a soft mattress, bedcover, blanket, and pillows. Towels are likewise provided. The room has a built-in cabinet with a small mirror and a toilet and bath with shower. Being an economy room, it has no TV.

Room 2 is fully-air-conditioned and provided with a double bed complete with a soft mattress, bedcover, blanket, and pillows. A table and two chairs plus a towel are likewise provided. The toilet and bath has a modern look, tiled and provided with a shower.

Room 3 is fully air-conditioned and furnished with a double bed with a soft mattress, bedcover, blanket, and pillows. A table and two (2) chairs are provided. The toilet and bath is elegant with shiny black-colored toilet bowl, wash basin and other accessories. Guests are provided with towels.

The Green Room is fully air-conditioned and furnished with a double bed complete with a soft mattress, bedcover, blanket, and pillows. The room has a TV, a table and two chairs, a built-in cabinet with a small mirror. The toilet and bath is tiled with all necessary accessories including a shower. Walls of the room are painted a light green color.

The Pink Room is fully air-conditioned and has a double bed with amenities. The room is fairly spacious and walls painted a light pink. The toilet and bath is elegant, tiled and provided with all necessary accessories.

The Ivory Room is spacious and fully air-conditioned. It has two (2) single beds with both beds having soft mattresses, bedcovers, blankets, and pillows. The room has a built-in cabinet, table, chair, and a TV. The toilet and bath have all the necessary accessories and amenities including a towel.

The Blue Room is fully air-conditioned and furnished with two single beds that can be put side by side to form one big bed. Both beds are provided with mattresses, bedcovers, blankets, and pillows. The room is provided with a TV, a table and a chair, and a built-in cabinet. The toilet and bath has all the necessary fixtures especially with hot and cold shower. Towels are likewise provided.

The Light-Blue Room is fully air-conditioned and furnished with two (2) beds, one single and one double. All beds have mattresses, bedcovers, blankets, and pillows. A table and chair is provided and the toilet and bath has a shower with cold running water in abundance.

The Yellow Room is fully air-conditioned and provided with two single beds complete with amenities including a towel. It has a TV. The toilet and bath have all the necessary fixtures with shower.

The Sky-Blue Room is fully air-conditioned and spacious. It is provided with two double beds so can accommodate four (4) persons. Provided with a clothes rack, the room also has a TV. The toilet and bath has modern fixtures with shower and towel provided.

Where to Wine and Dine

Rederlyn Pensionne House has a restaurant that can also serve as a function room with more than seven (7) six-setter tables. The restaurant is open from 7 am to 9 pm and serves native Filipino dishes.
