Taver’s Pension House is the latest addition to the list of pension houses in Tagbilaran City. It is within the shopping district of Tagbilaran City and very near to the Bohol Quality Mall. It is of walking distance to the massive St. Joseph Cathedral, the City Plaza and the Provincial Capitol which is the seat of the provincial government of Bohol.

This modern pension house has 24 rooms that are spacious and provided with basic facilities and amenities for comfort and convenience. Basically the rooms are provided with air conditioner, cable TV, telephone and private bath with hot and cold showers. More expensive rooms have bathtubs and refrigerators in addition.

There are 5 Standard Single rooms available, all fully air conditioned with cable TV, telephone system and private bath with hot and cold shower. The room is for single occupancy though an extra person is allowed at an additional cost.

There are 10 Standard Double rooms all fully air conditioned with cable TV, telephone system and private bath with hot and cold shower. The room is for double occupancy though 2 extra persons are allowed at an additional cost.

There are 3 Deluxe Single rooms all fully air conditioned with cable TV, telephone system, refrigerator and private bath with hot and cold shower. The room is for single occupancy though 1 extra person is allowed at an additional cost.

There are 4 Deluxe Double rooms all fully air conditioned with cable TV, telephone system, refrigerator, private bathroom with bathtub. The room is for double occupancy though 2 extra persons are allowed at an additional cost.

The Pension House is ideally located at the center of Tagbilaran City’s shopping district; near to malls, restaurants, banks, the St. Joseph’s Cathedral and the Provincial Capitol.It may lack some facilities like restaurants, bars, swimming pools, and the like yet they are available in its immediate neighborhood.
